Admissions into Grace Academy is a 4 step process:
1. Attend an Informational Meeting
Applicants must attend an informational meeting as the first step of the application process. These meetings are designed to give important information to anyone interested in enrollment.* Dates of information meetings are posted on our calendar.
2. Complete Student Application
Complete one application per student. Mail student application along with a copy of report cards/transcripts and the non-refundable $200 application fee (checks payable to Grace Academy) to Grace Academy, PO Box 2553, Matthews, NC 28106.
The four recommendation letters should be mailed directly to Grace Academy from the person completing the application.
Once all these items are received, we will review your student application and contact you to schedule your family interview.
3. Interview with the Admissions Committee.
The family interview consists of meeting both the parents and only the student applying. Upon acceptance, a schedule will be set for your student and a financial commitment is expected at that time.
4. Complete Enrollment Agreement.
Upon acceptance your enrollment agreement and all financial forms and deposits/payments will be required to hold a place for your child(ren) each semester. This deposit will be applied toward tuition.
Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with a minimum number of students needed in each class and a maximum of 15 students per class. When a class is filled, a waiting list will be kept.
Grace Academy is not equipped or staffed to give special assistance to students with learning difficulties, behavioral or emotional issues.
